Live22 App Setup on Every Device, Mac Included

Live22 covers more devices than most of its rivals. The old download page listed four versions: iPhone, Android phone, Windows computer and Apple Mac. Each operating system has its own security check, so the steps differ.

Live22 on iPhone

The iOS app installs outside the App Store. Once it's on your home screen, trust the developer before opening it: Settings, General, VPN & Device Management, then the Live22 developer profile, then Trust. On older iOS the menu is called Profiles & Device Management. If the app stops launching weeks later, the certificate has likely been revoked and a reinstall from a fresh link will fix it.

Live22 on an Android phone

Download the APK and open it. Android will block it at first because it didn't come from the Play Store. Use the prompt to allow your browser or file manager to install unknown apps, then tap Install. Switch the permission back off when you're finished.

Live22 on Windows and Mac

On Windows, run the installer. SmartScreen may show a warning about an unrecognised app. Choose More info, then Run anyway, but only if the file came from a link you trust.

On a Mac, open the downloaded file and move Live22 into Applications. The first launch may be blocked because the developer isn't identified by Apple. Go to System Settings, Privacy & Security, scroll down and choose Open Anyway. On older macOS you can also right-click the app, choose Open, and confirm.

A computer suits longer sessions and gives slots a bigger screen. It is also easier to lose track of time, so set a timer.

Spotting a fake Live22 download

Fakes exist for every platform. Be suspicious of an APK asking for SMS or contacts, a Windows or Mac file with a different name from the app, or anything sent to you by a stranger. When in doubt, delete it and start again from a trusted link.
